Alejandro Fuentes Quezada

For three generations art has been a constant in Alejandro Fuentes Quezada's family, his grandfather a renowned taxidermist and his father a celebrated wildlife sculptor, it was only natural to him to learn from experience the nuances of figurative art, although his interest in technology and the scientific aspects of life and the mathematical order found in it, has become the center of his work. His background in graphic design and 3D animation are palpable in his pieces, they transition between the digital and analog realms and are part of an endless experimentation process. With numerous large-scale sculptures across northern Mexico, he works along his father in their studio.
